The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will soon publish the notification for the 2023 RBI Assistant programme. The government has reportedly cleared the openings for RBI Assistant, according to media sources. There should be between 900 and 950 openings for the exam. The recruiting process is being delayed as a result of the open positions for the Lucknow and Kanpur circles that were notified in 2022. There are other incidents involving former service members as well.
RBI Assistants Exam Eligibility
The educational prerequisites for candidates interested in applying for the RBI Assistant Exam are listed below:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum grade point average of 50%. Pass class scores are also adequate for SC/ST/PWD applicants to apply for the exam.
- A member of the Ex-Servicemen category must have completed at least 15 years of active duty military service and be a graduate of a university that is recognised by the government.
- If a candidate is submitting an application from a certain state or region, that candidate must be able to read, write, and speak the local language.
