An MBA CET percentile feeds into Maharashtra's Centralized Admission Process (CAP) — the official counselling mechanism covering registration, document verification, merit list publication, choice filling and seat allotment across multiple rounds. A strong percentile makes a candidate eligible for shortlisting; it does not by itself guarantee a seat at any particular institute, since each college's effective cut-off depends on percentile, category, candidature type (Maharashtra State/All India) and seat availability in that round.
Because the score is only the entry point into CAP, our coaching doesn't stop at concept teaching. Sectional practice builds speed and accuracy across all four areas separately; full-length mocks replicate the real 150-minute, no-sectional-limit format so students can test and refine their own attempt order; and as MBA CET approaches, focus shifts to question-selection strategy and exam-day pacing.

A bachelor's degree of at least three years, in any discipline, from a recognised university is the baseline academic requirement, with minimum aggregate marks that vary by category. There is generally no upper age limit. Candidates should always verify current-year details on the official notification at cetcell.mahacet.org.
General category candidates need at least 50% aggregate marks; candidates from backward class categories and PwD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State need at least 45%. Final-year students may apply provisionally, subject to completing their degree before admissions conclude.
Maharashtra State (MS) candidates who meet the state's domicile-related and educational requirements are eligible for reservation benefits and a wider range of CAP seats. All India (AI)/Outside-Maharashtra candidates can also appear and participate in CAP under the All India category, generally without state-specific reservation.
Work experience is not mandatory to appear, though some institutes may give limited additional weightage during CAP. There is generally no upper age limit — always confirm current requirements before applying.
The MBA CET syllabus is set by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, and may be revised each admission cycle — the topics below reflect the major preparation areas across all four sections.
Logical Reasoning carries the highest weightage in the paper (75 questions); Abstract Reasoning is entirely visual and pattern-based, and needs regular, dedicated practice to build familiarity and speed.
