Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria for IB Security Assistant / Executive, MTS

(i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and (ii) Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has applied. (iii) Knowledge of any one of the local language/dialect mentioned in Table ‘A’ above against each SIB.

Age Limits for IB Security Assistant / Executive, MTS Recruitment 2023

The Age Limit Is Upto 27 years for IB Assistant / Executive and 18-25 Years for IB MTS as on 17.02.2023.

Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST & by 3 years for OBC candidates and as per rules for other reserved category candidates.

Selection Process for IB Security Assistant / Executive, MTS

Selection Process for IB Security Assistant / Executive, MTS is as under –

• Tier-I (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen) (100 Marks): Online Exam of Objective type MCQs, divided into 5 parts containing 20 questions of 1 mark each on: a) General Awareness b) Quantitative aptitude c) Numerical/analytical/Logical ability& reasoning d) English language & e) General Studies [Negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer.]
• Tier-II (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen) (40 Marks): Offline Exam of Descriptive type a) Translation of a passage of 500 words from local language/dialect to English and vice versa. [The Tier-II exam is qualifying in nature. The qualifying marks in Tier-II is 20 out of 50 for SA/Exe and 16 out of 40 for MTS/Gen.]
• Part of Tier-II (for SA/Exe only) (10 Marks): b) Spoken ability {to be assessed at the time of Tier-III exam (Interview/ Personality test)}.
• Tier-III (50 Marks): Interview/Personality test.

Application Fees for IB Security Assistant / Executive, MTS Recruitment 2023

Examination Fee of Rs. 50/- & Recruitment Processing Charges of Rs. 450/- are to be paid by the Male candidates of General, EWS and OBC categories.

Recruitment Processing Charges of Rs. 450/- only are to be paid by all other candidates.
