MH CET Law is the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Examination for law programs, which is administered by the Maharashtra State CET Cell. This common admission test is intended to provide a professional path for law applicants who wish to pursue a career in the competitive field of law. After passing the exam, students can enroll in either a 5-year integrated BA LLB program or a 3-year integrated BA LLB program at government colleges. The MH CET law test is two hours long and is administered online via computer. The examination consists of 150 multiple-choice questions.

Students should have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination/ Intermediate Examination/ 12th Board Examination from any recognized educational institution under the state board or national board of education.
In addition, they had to pass the qualifying exam with an overall score of 45%.
According to a relaxation in the needed minimum marks for the aggregate, if you fall under the state of Maharashtra’s SC/ST category, your score must be at least 40%. For the MHCET Law 2023 test for the 5-year LLB, candidates from Maharashtra’s VJNT, SBC, and OBC categories must obtain a minimum of 42% on their qualifying exam.
Candidates must meet the age requirement at the time of admission, which is at least 20 years old. The minimum age requirement at the time of admission is 22 years for applicants who fall under the Maharashtra state OBC, SC, or ST categories.
The candidates must have passed graduation in their chosen field.
The application process is open to candidates who will be taking the qualifying tests in the exam year.
Candidates in the general category from inside and outside of Maharashtra are required to have a bachelor’s degree with at least 45% marks.
Candidates from Maharashtra’s SC/ST community must hold an undergraduate degree with a minimum total Score of 40%.
A bachelor’s degree with a least 42% is required for VJNT, SBC, and OBC.
